Often the Upper Delaware River is crystal clear and the rocks below are easily visible, sometimes forming fascinating patterns. The River is very clean and much of it is designated a Wild and Scenic River in a Federal program to protect streams of high quality. This set of reflections caught my attention during the annual Delaware River Sojourn, a seven day canoe and kayak trip on various portions of the Delaware.
